Was a little nervous to try. I hadn't bleached for awhile but 20% wasn't showing me any measurable results so I upgraded. My teeth aren't really sensitive but my gums can be so I followed directions exactly and was very happy with the results. I'll definitely buy here again--great service and an awesome product!
