DentaMart reserves the right to cancel any order placed for any reason at all.

Incorrect information may cause your order to be cancelled. We do not accept mail orders such as COD, personal checks, or money orders.
Shipping Policy:
Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail.
Orders placed during the peak holiday season (October through December) will have longer than usual in-transit times and later than expected delivery times.
Order totals greater than or equal to US$100.00 require a signature to receive.
Any package returned to sender for any reason, will be discarded without refund or credit. An amount equal to the total purchase price (including shipping and handling) will be required to re-ship any order.
Returns:
All sales are final. Due to the personal nature of the products available on this web site, we cannot process returns, refunds or exchanges for any reason.
Modification:
We do not accept order modifications. Orders that have been processed cannot be modified. Please be sure of your order before placing it. In the event that an order must be modified, a US$19.99 modification-processing surcharge will be applied to the order.
Cancellation:
Orders that have been processed cannot be cancelled. Orders can only be cancelled on the same day that the order was placed. All cancelled orders are subject to a one time, non-refundable, US$19.99 cancellation processing fee.

As a result, we will not accept returns, offer exchange, or offer refunds, for defective or otherwise unusable items. All items available on this web site are sold in AS-IS condition.
