Firstly DENTAMART is far more affordable than what a Dentist charges. My daughter in New Zealand asked if I would bring the pack back on my next trip. But The best I can do for her was to make a list on the way to get the best out of the treatnent with some essential tips. For example tender gums, my list for perfect white teeth with no pain. Buy a childs toothbrush with super soft bristles. Enjoy a glass of water but use a straw to drink, using your guard clean after use. If tender gums then hold treatment for two days. Use warm water with mouthwash to rinse mouth if you feel the brush still hurts the gums, conscentrate on cleaning gently the teeth avoid the gums.
