This was the exact product my dentist sent me home with my whitening kit. I needed a refill and this was a much better price than my dentist. It is probably meant as a refill as i did not notice any instructions. One reviewer is correct. My original directions show the size to put in each tooth mold and it is very little.

Is an excellent product that works as advertised. Caution, do not use more paste than is recommended. A small amount is very adequate. To use more can injure your gums.
