This product is the first after many I've tried. I've only just started using but have faith, especially since comments have been that a dentist recommended. I have a mildly loose molar and am hoping this paste will protect the tooth and keep any progression at bay. I may still be looking at a bone graft in my future but at this time am on watch. Supplemented my teeth from the outside, especially at those hard to reach areas, I feel I have a chance now.

Been using due to sensitivity and dry mouth. It reduced my sensitivity and when applied before bedtime (after flossing and brushing of course), I now can sleep without severe dry mouth.
Quality - I am thinkful for this product. If used smartly, it keeps me away from the Dentist.

Great product. Secret for me is not to "rinse" after brushing, and do not spit for 2 or 3 minutes, but spit a couple times without rinsing. I do this at bed time. In just a couple weeks, the sensitivity is 90% gone. I actually mix a small bead of Arm and Hammer Strong and Bright with this product... Note, the Strong and Bright would not give the same results by itself... They complement each other really well...

I chipped a tooth because my teeth are weak and read online that MI helps repair enamel. I bought it from my dentist and love it. It whitens my teeth, stops my sensitivity and I feel like my teeth look thicker (They don’t look translucent on the tips anymore). I use pronamel first, swish with Act and then before I go to bed brush on MI and leave it on all night. I noticed results almost immediately.

Just started using it, so, I don't know how effective it will be, but, it tastes good and was proven to work in clinical trials, so, I'll use it every night. My dentist sold me a tube of the "plus" kind with fluoride, but, I don't think it's great to swallow a lot of that, so, I went online and bought this one without fluoride.
