Periodontist gave me one a decade ago. I have been washing and reusing that same one ever since. The plastic is flexible enough to bend to the shape you need. Two edges give you choice of ridges. Scrapes tongue clean, then rinse mouth. You won't believe what comes off, and you think your mouth was already clean. Really works to improve breath.
