This product is great! It works really well to remineralize teeth, reducing tooth sensitivity to the point there is none.
THE KEY IS TO LEAVE IT IN YOUR MOUTH FOR A LONG TIME. Your mouth will fill with saliva as it mixes with it, just let your mouth be full of that mixture for a while. I put it on after brushing my teeth and then take a shower while keeping it in my mouth and then when done with my shower, I spit it out. Overall, it’s usually in my mouth for about 15 minutes and that is what makes it so effective.
