I have trays made by my dentist. They are a mold of my teeth and leave NO room for the gel? I would get the tray provided from VenusWhite Pro. Don’t skimp on product, it is better to use the correct amount than too little in order to achieve the desired results. I can’t get the very bottoms whitened using my dental molds, so I’m going to add the trays and see if I get a better total result. If my entire tooth had even whitening this would easily get 5 Stars. It is definitely better to use higher strength gel and wear for 1+ hr than lesser strength and wear overnight as recommended by the same dentist that made the dumb molds. Also HUGE savings to buy here. I paid more almost $80 for a 3 vial count 22%!
