Great for teeth and gum health. Especially since my dentist has been closed due to the pandemic. It really is a miracle tablet that works overnight while you sleep. I had bad gums, had the dental work done and have been using this for several years. My teeth and gums are happy. It also helps your teeth from yellowing.
