I've been using this for years as I was a dental assistant for approximately 30 years. It is the very best tongue ever invented. 1of these lasted for years until my cat decided to play with it.

Periodontist gave me one a decade ago. I have been washing and reusing that same one ever since. The plastic is flexible enough to bend to the shape you need. Two edges give you choice of ridges. Scrapes tongue clean, then rinse mouth. You won't believe what comes off, and you think your mouth was already clean. Really works to improve breath.

These are the only tounge scrapers I will ever use!! Others don't get all that disgusting gunk off but these do. I can only find them online, but are so worth it! Don't waste your money on another brand. They last a long time, and are easy to disinfect.
